I'm a compassionate therapist in New Jersey committed to helping individuals and couples through life. I aspire to bring humor, hope, and humility to my work with you. I believe that creating connection in a therapeutic setting gives people the practice and confidence to cultivate intentional and positive connections throughout their personal lives. I started the therapeutic journey as a client in high school and am forever grateful for the ways that experience has impacted my life. I feel so lucky to get to hold space for other people to uncover their own power and potential.
